Summer Studio Update

A lot has transpired since I took a step back from my art career to work on other things. I've completed my PhD and am now Dr. Natasha Bouchillon.

Crazy to think that I've completed 3.5 degrees in this time, had another child, and developed this whole other career where I've done research in a scientific field. Now, I'm in the thick of a summer break from my other work which allows me to be home and dig back into my creative passions. I've been working on sketches for a series of new work to celebrate this season and revisit my favorite places.

The California Beaches and Coastal series pieces are coming along with a new series I'm calling Beach Day. This collection will comprise of a series of pictures of people enjoying different beaches across the world. I've been inspired by the Amalfi coast, the French Riveria and of course - Venice! I'm having a bit of fun with markers these days and after finishing some pieces for an illustration project, diving further into watercolors.

I'll make sure to list many of the sketches and mini pieces I'm creating in preparation for the larger paintings, which I will be offering both direct and on my eBay profile. Currently, I've listed several of the most recent works from 2023-2024 that I've had taking residence in my studio. You can peruse the current offerings here, which I've made at some reasonable price points.
